Yes, you need state permission to shift your Vehicle. Here are
the following documents:-
1. Registration certificate from the previous state.
2. Address proof and driving license copy of the owner.
3. PUC certificate.
4. NOC from previous RTO and lending bank if the Vehicle is
under a loan.
5. Pan card and Passport sized photos.
6. NOC from NCRB to prove that car is not indulged in any
criminal activity or accident.
7. Forms 20, 27, and 33 for a registration application form,
registration certificate, and updated address on registration
certificates, respectively.
First, wash your Vehicle properly and cover the inside of it with clean plastic bags and sheets. Check for tire pressure, leakage, dents, and fuel. Your Vehicle will be covered with packing papers, waterproof lamination, and bubble wrap. On top of it, Thermal and corrugated boxes will protect the outside area.
